4. No Guarantees

No specific outcomes, transformations, or results are guaranteed. Participation does not ensure financial, emotional, or personal results.

5. Community Standards

Participation in the Collective community requires respectful, mature engagement.

The following are not permitted:

Harassment or harmful behavior

Disruption of group spaces

Sharing private or confidential information

Recording calls or content without permission

Violation of these standards may result in removal from the Collective without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the exclusive property of Amy Sanders / Lucky Sanders LLC and are protected under intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amy Sanders / Lucky Sanders LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the Collective.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amy Sanders / Lucky Sanders LLC from any claims arising from your participation or misuse of the Collective.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Lucky Sanders LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

The Unblocked Woman Collective™ is a digital, subscription-based membership that provides immediate access to proprietary content and intellectual property.

Because access is granted immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable.

No Prorated Refunds

Refunds or credits will not be issued for:

Partial months

Unused access

Missed calls or content

Cancellation after billing

Annual plans canceled early

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute violates this policy and may result in:

Immediate termination of access

Permanent removal from the Collective

Responsibility for all outstanding payments and fees

Intellectual Property Notice

All Collective materials are protected intellectual property and cannot be returned once accessed. For this reason, refunds are not possible.
